Founders Justin and Helen Cain are experienced caterers and party designers, each with over twenty years of experience within the industry. They and their team work with you during the run up to the event, taking all the stress out of the organisation and ensuring yours is the party to remember. Not only that but an event manager will be on site for the duration of the big day, ensuring every detail from the set-up of the room to the service of the last drink is executed with the usual meticulous care.
Team members are recruited and trained in-house and usually wear an all-black uniform although with the help of make-up artists, wardrobe assistants and hairdressers can transform themselves to suit almost any ocassion.
Dishes are hand-prepared using the freshest of ingredients, meaning that it is exceptionally easy to tailor the entire menu to your own specification and ensure that no two events are ever the same.
